We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full fee of the scheduled service(s).

We have this policy in place because when you book an appointment, that time is specifically reserved for you.

Please also note that our pricing varies depending on the specific service and the stylist you select. If you would like a price quote, please feel free to ask your stylist directly before confirming your booking.
